Is using VPN to change/hide IP cause my PERM BAN ?

using VPN or any proxy change is illegal to the game rules ?

cuz i'm used to use VPN to access UK servers for low ping
i'm just afraid this will be reason to ban me from game

Yes it's against crossfires TOS/Rules & It's bannable.

At the moment, the use of VPNs is bannable so you shouldn't be using them.

How about KILLPING/PINGZIPPER apps ?

It was always like this, if you get caught using a VPN, you will get a ban.
