well frist i send more ticket to support but just one reply some information wrong k i know that becouse he stole my yahoo and change yahoo emil for sure he change some info

now i back my old yahoo of account and my old anwser and i have screen proved it my yahoo got hacked reply me if u want to see this photo and more photo it aproved this is my account and i got hacked

If you got your account hacked, then your best option is to send in a Support ticket. If Support can't help you, then there is nothing you can do. Start again with a new account.

First off don't trust anyone with you account information (the person above saying he will help you & anyone in general cough cough.) Secondly as abel has said try sending another ticket with the current information no one can change their security information anymore just try explaining in detail what happened along with as much accurate information as you can, this includes previous in game names, previous emails the account has been under, previous passwords and things of that sort. support tickets are answered by people, not bots. If they are closing it, it is because there is not enough information in the ticket, or you are missing something.

No-one here can help you.

But it's worth noting accounts etc dont "get hacked" if they did, there are much better accounts they would go for. Clean your PC, and read the support tickets to see if you are missing something. But if they say no, it's a no. Simple as.

No point begging here.

1 ticket is enough, how more you sent. how longer it will take.

Give them so much information as you can. Like first Password, all passwords. Security, maybe old email. Ur ip address etc. Give them everything you know. A screenshot won't help. They don't even need to see that screenshot. They only need important information from you to prove that you are the real owner. And if you ever get it back. Make sure your account is safe.

Even my husband doesn't know my password. He want to play? sure but no pw.. Lmao

i know 1 ticket enough but i lost some Incorrect information but i only remember old yahoo it was only yahoo made for emil and pw for sure old answer and i forget َQuestion i dont know code zp and i know frist pw too well i dont ever share my account with anyone im not new in gaming i play this game since 2009 so im old enough untill now i don.t know how i get hacked i never open links in facebook but he hack my pc i just post here to see if any admins or Gm support can help me

but i know i lost hope my account stolen since one month and i cant do anything

Move on, start fresh. Make a new account. don't delete your first z8games welcome email. keep everything. each time you buy zp write a email to your self with the code, datum time etc. And don't share your account.
We all know that it was your fault. and how? Maybe you ever did share the account, or log in a internet café, or got keylogged. or a crossfire friend added you on facebook and sent you a link etc..

You have to watch out with those things.

What I can advice, remove crossfire out of you mind. go do other things for a week. try to relax. and think about more information. write them on paper. and end of the week try to sent a final support ticket.

Hi, my account was hacked today. I've send multiple tickets to the staff but they never read it. Ticket was closed within the minute. I had a Vip account (10 vips) and now the staff support hackers, dont even give a chance to get your own account back. The reason they mention is that the information is incorrect. Well, I have send them a couple of payment proves of PayPal en a mail from 02/2016 in wich I can prove that my mail adress was changed by me. My advice to you guys, don't spend anymore money to Z8 because they dont help you when you need them. I was a player since 2010, played nearly each day and now, when you need the staff, they CLOSE your ticket without reading in 1 minute.

You answer your question yourself here. The reason why it is closed is because you sent in "multiple tickets" and "Information is incorrect".

They only need one ticket and they will address your situation in that ticket within 48 hours. And if your information is incorrect, your not going to get your account back. There shouldn't be a problem when giving the information. It's either right or its wrong information.

yup it my fault but i never share my accounts with some one and i never loged it internetcafe too btw its just a game and thanks for your advice but i.m already have my own life my own work so i play it for waste my free time
