My account it is suspendet for almoust 3 days and i am not sure why .

If someone lodged a complaint against me yesterday I do not see why I was banned because yesterday a player insulted me and i haved response to insult and i would be the only one who could have laying a complain but do not seem right as long as he He insulted me first

And I would like to know if something added files in which to see what happened because you see that it all began. And this policy to report a player and automatically intervene ban is not correct, since the banned was not guilty. because in this case if you want a certain player to be banned and filed a complaint about that player will no longer have access to their account.
