Before I start my topic only I want everyone know that I don't come here to get any help, I just come here to talk about game error or crash or anything like that caused for our problem.

Much People in Egypt get their account Banned Permanently, and most of them get this ban for no reason that's same issue of me.
Let me tell you all about my problem, before anything my account blocked 1 time only in 2011 or 2012 I think, and my acc not blocked until last time in 25/03/2016 my account banned forever without any reason and am sure from that be note that when talked to support they told me that am using hack or malicious\ third party software, BTW my IGN: Mistake. ,, I spent more than $50.000 in cf and also invite friends to purchase ZP and help them in that. How can i use hack for help me get more kills or much EXP when i have all vip in the game its unbelievable issue for sure also i don't use any program It has an impact on Crossfire, Okay all that does not convince, can anyone tell me how my account get permanently banned by second ban? I think first ban is for 3 day then 7 days but me first ban was 3 days second permanently how guys!!?
Every time i talk to CF support they ignore my ticket by copy paste same reply and also they asked me for DMP file and when i reply that i didn't find this file they close ticket without any help, so can you tell me why you make support, i think for helping players no for ignore them .
BTW my account still have full access to z8games.com, and i can see my profile and send ticket also can purchase ZP !! and today i purchased VIP AXE, only the problem is that i can access to game. HOW!!!!!

2nd: when he try to login into the game he see message of permanently block but when he talked to support center they reply:

After careful investigation, this account was found to be involved in hacking or using third party programs until May 9th. As a result, a temporary suspension has been placed on the account.
This suspension will expire automatically at the end of the shown ban period.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

3rd: he send ticket to support and the support reply to him like this screen:



but after 12 days his account back to work normally and he login into the game without any problem !!


Can anybody describe how CF support see the message "your account has been permanently blocked" by three ways and three different decision. LOL!!!


All i need you know that maybe you any bug or something like that so please help us to get our accounts back, when support not give me fully reason of block!

Nobody here can unban you. This forum is used mainly by players, and none of them have that power, not even the MOD's. Any issue with a ban, or anything similar, will have to be taken to the support system. If they have given you an answer already, that is likely the final answer you will get. I'm going to close this topic because it is going nowhere.
