FPS problem

when there is 16 player in game, i have 100-130

and i must wait half of them dead to get 200 fps.

is this only happening to me or to all?

i mean i wanted constant same fps. if it drops 20 30 its fiine, it drop 100+.

Have you tried to change the graphics settings in CF? Do you any programs running in the background that you don't need? If so, close them.
