hi everyone,
A few days ago i tried logging into my other account which i had for a long time and i regularly played with suddenly give me an error that my details are incorrect. I tried to login into the z8 website and could not login. My account information has been the same and I have not changed it OR GIVEN IT TO ANYONE! someone has changed the email to my account as well as the password. I have tried to send multiple support tickets to z8 games with PROOF OF OWNERSHIP with a photo of my gamertag, but its like talking to a brickwall. They keep saying that the username is not in their system. Well how have i logged on everytime after all these years?
I am not sure on what to do. The account is currently being used by someone else as it says that the 'user' has been on X amount of hourse ago. What can I do. I have NOT told anyone my details and now my username has been changed. What do I do? Is it over? People at support tell me the same thing over and over again: username not in database or is someone on the inside doing this?
I would like if someone who knows what the problem is to help.

When it says username - that's the login name for it, not the display name...the display name could be used by someone else now, especially if it's been inactive for several years...
