i played 120 min and dont get 2 Imperial Dragon Crates that for this week and last week why !?

i get (3 Day Spetznaz Beret_____ 3 Day AK-47 Phoenix ______2 Imported Power Crates ] but didnt get last one and i sure i play 120 min

i post this threat becaus i cant open Ticket

when i open ticket it say plz login first and i already login

If you're referring to the Spring Fever event, which I'm almost certain you are, the rewards will be delivered next week.

About the Support ticket, that is a pretty old issue that some of us got.
You have to login and click on support. Then you have to wait. It can take between 5 seconds - 2 minutes.

yes the Spring Fever event

that mean i will get the 2 Imperial Dragon Crates next week ?!!

last week also didnt get 2 crates and didnt have this week ihave all prize but didnt get imperial dragon
