Ticket answers / Support

Hey guys, i have some problems with the game and send a ticket to the support. I recognized, that all answers to my questions are automatically. I do not get specific answers for my questions, they do not answer they way i want.
I think this is not "customer friendly" and in no manner acceptable. How can i contact someone from the support, better a GM?

GMs are the one's who answer tickets it's not just an automated response

Hm, they banned my 7 years old main account with a lot of event and zp weapons, especially the M4 Tiger Gold. Spent 7 years and thousand of EURO's. Never hacked with it, never used any programs which could affect the game, always kept my Honorable Soldier Ribbon. Wednesday 24h and Friday permanentl banned. I would like to know what the ban could triggered. But i always get the same answers, none of them made me satisfied. I just want my account back, i mean 2 bans within 3 days is not normal, it is absurd. 7 years of hard work and much money, and this people does not respect my performance. I just want justice, and it seems to be gone.

I once had permanent ban for no reason, after i contact them they removed the perm ban,


Did you ask why you got banned? they Always give a answer on that.

This is what i get. I send a ticket and received this after 10 mins! How did they do carefully investigations within 10 mins? I am really frustrated and sad. I feel ripped off. 7 years, thousands of EUROs, honorable since first day of ribbon system. How can i get 2 bans within 3 days? MODS close threads without having any chance of getting possible help of other members who maybe had the same problems? I really just want to play this game which i liove so much, but dont to loose my acc.

What's the in game name? and this also means someone reported you or anyone else who had access to your account for hacking & you or they really were.

I think the ingame name is not that important. But what i know is, that this account is my own since 2009 and never hacked with it anytime. I am also the only one, who has access to the account. It is sad... I mean 2 bans within 3 days is unnormal. I hope the GMs can help me.

Try explaining but rarely does one manage to get out of a permanent ban. If they tell you the same thing again there's nothing else that can be done.

GMs can get really strict when removing bans.. Hopefully they can help you out.

Thank you very much. Kitaa said, that his perma ban has been removed, as a result of an obvious mistake. In my case, it is 100% a mistake aswell. I would be very grateful, if they remove my ban too. I would deserve it, if i really would use some kind of hacks, but it is absolutely not.

You've had an answer from support.

No-one here can/will help you.

If you've been banned, they have evidence to back it up.
