Fps? Error.

hey all, could you help me out with this? sometimes i log in crossfire right.
than go to a channel, than enter it runs smoothly, than 3mins later when you respawn
it seems it keeps on lagging or freezing can't really tell, so i leave the room and try another room it still does this.
