Forgot ID

Hello, I'm using a friend's account to be able to post this. Long time ago (6 years ago) I had made an account to play CrossFire. But 9 months ago I stopped playing, I played normally without any problem. But now I decided to come back to this great game, the problem is, is that I don't remember the ID (I do remember the username, of course). Since Support is from Monday to Friday, then I'd like to know here if there's a solution. And yes, I've the Email. But, I had another Email before but because of problems I had to change my Email (lost it). I actually remember the ID, but when I try to login it says there's a problem on logging it. I try changing my password and retry logging it. No luck, still doesn't work. What do I do?

At the moment, there is no solutions to fix this problem without the help of support. If you send in a Support ticket now, you will get a answer within the next 48 hours.

We can't give you the ID if you've forgotten it. If you do have it and you still have the email, you can send a password recovery if thats the issue. If you have all the login info but can't log in for some reason, send us a ticket. In the future, don't post from your friends account. Account sharing is not allowed.
