GM room making options.

I guess i made it pretty simple, we need more options when making a Ghost Mode room.

1- No Machine Guns Allowed
2- Silenced Weapons Only - Pistols don't count

This is basically saving us a lot of QQing and ear damage aswell.

I frankly have given up though.. 'they' don't seem like they have forwarded the message to SG (or SG just doesn't approve it), which means the mode will be dead, until we get another event to temporarily resurrect it again.

Usually the rules stating GP only actually are "GP shop only, no BM or ZP weapons"
