I just downloaded & installed Windows 8.1 Pro from Microsoft's site.

The best suggestion that I can give you is to update your graphic card or any other software that you may have.

I had this aswell, just restart your CF and see if it will solve it.

Solved after updating graphic card although it worked fine when I was using Windows 7..
