Fix the VIP character glitch
As many of us know by now the VIP character is able to kick. Due to this when someone is sniping they are able to kick and spam a Barrett, shooting faster than the gun normally allows. I think this glitch, and yes it is a glitch, should be fixed. It is no different than the DE-OB knife glitch or any of the VIP-M4 variants melee spam which were all patched. Some glitches are fun and improve the game, but ones like this are unfair and quite frankly annoying.

It's just a stupid abuse of the character. I saw someone earlier in spy mode spraying a barrett through a box and they were nearly through their entire mag before I had gotten off 2 shots.
Ofcourse it is character abuse... just like you mentioned with the m4? how long did it take them to remove that glitch? LOL. -

This is off topic can you also disable the M4 VIP special attack in spy mode? One person took out like half of our team before we even knew what was going on.. -
LOL I do the same xDI agree this is kinda lame. Never had much trouble against it though, most of the time I just laugh at how much they miss.
But they should really fix this glitch as it's been out for a while now and a lot of people are abusing it. -

It is funny, but seeing as a barrett can 1 hit anywhere on the body they don't need that good of aim. -
The real problem, is not just the barrett kicking.. the problem is the speed kicking.... crouch and pressing E quick. Especially, players doing it in knife mode's
Yeah I've seen people spamming that and the VIP kukri at the same time. Not really sure how it works, but several expletives run through my head when I see it and that number compounded when I get killed like that. -

Completely agree... I guess most people don't play snipers enough to care about it. When everyone found out about the VIP knife glitches there was an outrage and patched relatively quick, confused why it isn't the same for the VIP character's spam shots with the barrett. -

The rapid knifing with the vip weapons existed for well over a year before people started complaining.
Anyway, the vip character kicking 'glitch' is going to be a hard thing to work around. I doubt it'll be patched mainly because every version already had it 'fixed' so that you can't use it to stop the delay between sniper shots. Since the kicking ability already went through a change, I'm fairly certain the developers are aware of this but have decided that it isn't a big issue.The 'glitch' now is basically kicking during a reload animation, which is a completely different story. Restricting that probably won't happen. -
Fix the major issues like hacking then tackle the minor ones.
Or is this a bigger deal to you all than hackers.
Or have you given up on that fight.
O you children you are happy with re~skins and new modes.
The game needs cleaning not expanding.

Don't be so obtuse. Nobody likes hackers (at least I'd like to think). How many posts do we need like that before it becomes beating on a dead horse. Of course it is a concern, but the forums are a place to discuss many things. The fight lives on, viva la resistance!
p.s. the new game mode is pretty awesome.

There are many things that have to be fixed tbh, and hackers are one of them, but hackers always go and then come back.
And I would rather have the dmg of that kick fixed before fixing that "glitch" because I didn't pay for something that doesn't even work like it should, silly z8. -

True about hackers. They come and go. When they gone we enjoy. But after maximal 2 days we see them everywhere again. Its pretty borring.. that's why i pefer to farm. Its my way on enjoying this game.
Farm and sometimes play with friends. Or join the forumer rooms. -

The damage of the kick sure as hell wasn't stopping you from decimating the entire population in a FFA lmao
That being said, that apparent "fix" feels like it is a little piece of bandage applied onto a gaping wound. I mean, I can get that you should have some line of defense when caught with your pants down. The kick sure helps with those kind of situations.
But since this rapid-firing is a problem mainly with the Barrett, I'd personally would want to see the kicking while reloading removed when using Barretts specifically. Everything else should stay as is.
