I need Account Recovery Help
Hello kindly staff, here is the clarification about this support centre banned account and I hope this ticket will be noticed by you:
My crossfire account and email have been stolen by computer virus in January of this year, and the hacker just stole my crossfire account and changed the email through the password of my email (He recorded both information by virus). Then, the hacker used my crossfire account intentionally send a ticket to your support centre in order to claim about that this account has been shared or traded with others without any evidence or historical information. Under this circumstance, this stolen account has againsted the rule of z8games and therefore the support centre will not provide any further assistance regarding this account in further request, which means I cannot retrieve my account based on historical information in account recovery area. I was really sad and tried to explain the issue in the ticket, but the reply from support employees is always the same, that is we cannot help regarding this issue because my account has against the rule that share or trade account with others. I swear I never did things about that, because I spent over 20,000 dollars on this account and never been banned for any reasons. It is obviously that hacker just intentionally used my account to claim that in ticket in order to prevent me recover my account in legal way.
Please help me to recovery my account, because I am the real owner of this account. The stolen account is <removed> and I still hold all of accurate historical information needed in account recovery page about the account and I am willing to provide more information if necessary. I tried a lot of ways to retrieve this lost account, even I have sent the letter to z8games crossfire department, although I still not receive the response. This issue seems very difficult for me because there was no one help me to investigate this issue, I hold the evidence of hacker hacked my laptop, the screenshot about virus detected from software, and I can clarify the ownership with this account by accurate historical account information. Now, I opened a new ticket, the ticket number is <removed> and I really hope someone will get into this case.
I really love this game and really want my account back. I would be really appreaciate if you can help me to investigate this issue, thank you.

Anything pertaining to your account requires a support ticket. In order to recover it back you must supply them with information such as the first pw, email, and ign. Maybe even old ZP Transaction Ids, but basic information that would prove that you're the first owner.

Yea, I have provided all in the ticket #RVO-306-87365, just w8 for someone who can investigate the issue for me -

And FYI: Sharing your login name/ticket number is not advised and will just make you a target. It is things like that that probably meant you lost your account, not a "virus" - a virus in itself can't do anything.
