Needing account recovery help!!!!

Hello,

I am here to ask of admins to help recover my account from two years of inactivity.

Recently, I am thinking of coming back into the game, however, I barely remember anything about the account, except this is the only account I've used a Z8Games code on.

I've got proofs that indicates my account ownership is that I am creating this thread on the account I am currently on. This means that, previously I had signed onto the web browser, and had saved my login ID and password, so I could just sign in automatically. However, the situation here is that I am unable to remember my password and the email I have used on this account, but I am willing to do anything to try and get this account back.

If there is any way I can communicate with an administrator via messaging, I am willing to do so.

P.S. I am getting really annoyed as to what the administrators are replying to me in the ticket's I've sent regarding this issue, and I really do hope that changes.

I know how you feel.. But in order for them to know your the real owner you need to provide transaction IDs, but since you forgot the email for it, I'm sorry but I don't think you will get it back....

Think of the emails you had in the past and punch them in in the forgot password link here:

Honestly though, if they told me the email that is connected to my account, I can sign in in no time.

I tried, and one of them worked, but when I got into my hotmail "forgot password", they don't recognize that email.

I can try that, but i doubt it'll work considering the middle characters of the email might not be the same as the one used for my account.

do you have teamviewer and is ur account saved on google chrome?
EDIT: Scratch that if it's on google chrome high text right click inspect element and where it says Type "Password" change it too "text" hit enter and current password should be on there.

I was able to change my email, then my password, thanks so much!!

What do you mean? I mean, in this account, i have a lot of GP which i can use to buy other weapons. That's the only reason why i wanted back

Some players care about the Honorable Soldier ribbon(account has never been blocked for any reason) being on their profile. Most likely you will when you play this game longer lol.
