Of course, did it before with more than 120 minutes and I've got 2 Imperial Dragon Crates but not those previous. Think sending a support ticket will be the best solution. Thank you for advice!

Your welcome btw remember;
You can only receive each reward once per day. You must complete matches for the play time to count.
So that means you won't get the same reward playing between both times. -

Every Thursday and Friday in April, play CrossFire from 12-3 PM and 7-10 PM EDT to receive awesome prizes.

I've played since 12-3 today, did 90 minutes, i received nothing- i hope it's just a delay.
LOL should be automatically no delays, Make sure you play the times in your time zone Equivalent to EDT , not sure where you are from, if your profile is correct, your from Jordan which is 7hrs ahead of EDT,12-3 EDT would be 7pm -10pm Jordan time, if you did it 12-3 Jordan time then wont get anything, its based on your time Zone 7pm-10, if you done the correct Time zone, then I guess submit a ticket -

I received everything directly after rejoining the servers. So he probably played between the wrong time. -
here i hope will that help !nice event but how we know server time ? some months ago server time was marked / noted (sorry for my english ) in crossfire game launcher . know i don't know in which hour i should play

Kittaa, nobody get these rewards.
And it not depend in what time of time Canada u played. Cuz we now played 2 hours but we didnt get crates and even hat for three days.
I hope u will check it and fix. Now we have to get 4crates. Cuz we played since 12pm
