how i can upload photo to my thread ?

For you to upload a image in your thread or post, you will first need to upload it to external website. e.g. imgur.com

After you have uploaded it to there, copy the direct link and put it in these tags;

[IMG] Image link goes here! [/IMG]

Or you can click on the "Insert Image" in advanced editor and paste the link into the pop-up box. Once you have done this, preview the thread or post to make sure the image works.
