Please help me to recover my account, I really need help

I am writing this thread to report my account administration issue, I hope this letter will be noticed by you. My account and Email have been stolen in January of this year due to computer virus, the hacker changed my account password and linked Email address. I attempted to retrieve the lost account (zjh1224) in Account Administration of CrossFire Support Center based on correct history information about my account, what happened is that the support center staff just informed me that my lost account has been flagged due to sharing, trading, selling or buying, and thus will not provide me any assistance regarding this account. After that, I tried to send a lot of ticket to explain the issue I suffered and all of response I received is totally the same. Therefore, I can very sure of that the hacker stole my account and then flag my account with the tricky method shared in some website to prevent me recover my lost account. The method is - not to be repeated -

I have spent nearly 20,000 dollars in this game as you may check previous transaction record of my account. Under this circumstance, this account have belonged to my valuable virtual property that I should have chance to dispute this account administration issue. I really love this game and therefore I am the one of the most loyal customer who chose to invest that much of money in game. In this case, I could not have motivation to intentionally break the rules of Privacy Policy in order to be banned in account administration center. I hope I can recover my lost account as soon as possible.

To clarify the ownership of this account, I can provide as much detailed information as I can such as the previous and current security questions, previous password, transactions, original information, registered date and so on. Also you may check the original email address of this account, the email account really belongs to me and I hope someone who can deal with this ticket for me, the ticket number is #DUE-926-78260, thank you very much.

  • Its unfortunate, but if your account is flagged, there is a reason for it. We don't just flag accounts on a hunch, we check into things. That being said, nobody can help you here. The ticket support system is there for a reason, and whatever answer you are getting there is for a reason. Explaining your situation here on the forums is not helpful to your case, or to them investigating, or to anything really. Unfortunately, the ticket system is the way to go.

    I'm going to close this thread, because this simply isn't where these issues are resolved.
