you get 0 fps you didnt list your graphics card but if you forgot 2 list it i would say about 30-60

probably 15 fps, since m cpu is twice as fast but gets 20 fps o.o

shows how much fail that is if u base it on cpu i got 3.00GHz and i run at 50-180 fps its all about your graphics card

1st - Windows Vista 32-BIT only recognize 3GB of RAM
2st - Windows vista sucks on FPS
3rd - What about graphic card?

Wrong. I have XFX ATI RADEON 4890HD 1GB DDR5 and i only get 100-160 FPS with 16 persons in room with my CPU CORE 2 DUO E4500 2.20Mhz BUT with an OC (OVERCLOCK) to 3.20Mhz i get 180-300 FPS. So CPU IS IMPORTANT TOO IF YOU WANT TO GET MORE FPS.
