Changing IGN on a Permanently banned account

Just as the title requests, is it possible if I contact z8games support if they can change the requested IGN on a banned account to something random so I can have that IGN back? If it isn't possible i won't waste z8's time. I mean I got the account banned for my foolish actions back in 09', so I would understand as punishment I cant get it back, which is understandable. But I do want my original account name back.

Well, accounts which haven't logged in for a year, have their names already changed to random ones. So it is possible that the account name is already changed and someone else has got your name. lol

However, you always ask support to change your name. But I would suggest to write different names if one is already take.

P.S. Support won't be back until next Tuesday anyway. So you won't get a response until then

Awesome! I just checked and the name isn't in use right now, maybe i can get it back... cool cool... thanks for telling me man

So there you go. You use that name and you won't need to send in a support ticket. I'm glad this has worked out for you!
