E-mail change error

Hello,

My problem is the following: I would like to change the e-mail adress on my account, but I didn't get the e-mail with the changing link. I can't write ticket to support, because my account is flagged. :(
What can I do? I tryed many times, different days, different e-mails but don't get the change link to my current e-mail.
Help me if please.

  • This is the wrong section to post this. However, if you have already sent in a ticket to Support and they have told you that you don't have enough information. Then in this case, you can't really do anything about it. That account is lost forever unless you can gain access to the email account.

    Sorry for wrong section. I have access to the email. I got email when I sent the support ticket, and when they replyed, but idk why I didn't get the email change link.

    Reply back to that ticket explaining that you didn't get the link or if that one is closed then send in another ticket.
