Could anyone help me to process the ticket of flagged account?

Hello kindly staff, here is the clarification about this support centre banned account and I hope this ticket will be noticed and processed by your staff:

My account and Email have recently been stolen due to unknown computer virus, the hacker changed my account password and linked Email address. I attempted to retrieve the lost account (zjh1224) in Account Administration of CrossFire Support Center based on correct history information about my account, what happened is that the support center staff just informed me that my lost account has been flagged due to sharing, trading, selling or buying, and thus will not provide me any assistance regarding this account. After that, I tried to send a lot of ticket to explain the issue I suffered and all of response I received is totally the same. Therefore, I can very sure of that the hacker stole my account and then intentionally flag my account by sending ticket to support center about he shared or traded this account to prevent me recover my lost account.

I have spent nearly 20,000 dollars in this game as you may check previous transaction record of my account. Under this circumstance, this account have belonged to my virtual property that I should have chance to dispute this account administration issue. I really love this game and therefore I am the one of the most loyal customer who chose to invest that much of money in game. In this case, I could not have motivation to intentionally break the rules of Privacy Policy in order to be banned in account administration center.

Now I have opened a new ticket in support center to clarify the ownership of this account, the ticket number is #HVU-531-63439. I hope anyone who can help me to investigate the information for this ticket instead of ignoring by system due to flagged account. If I failed to explain my issue in support center again due to flagged account, I would have to send letters to smilegate west company regarding this account issue untill this issue has been resolved. Please respect what I have done to save this account, I just tried my best to protect my legal right of my virtual property, thank you for your understanding.

  • Hopefully one of the [GM]s will stumble upon this, aside from this no one here on forums can help you, Hopefully you will be able to regain your account if you're indeed the original owner, if you're not able to recover it any decision taken on an account by staff may be final, Provide proof of the so called virus for a better chance.

Maybe GM can investigate this issue by comparing the recent log-in IP address with original UK IP adress which registered this account, it will be different religion I think. I have already wipe the drive completely and reinstall Windows, so that it will be hard for me to provide evidence of suffering virus. But I hope he will understand my situation that I have no motivation to do this as I spent that much of money in game, and never been banned for any reasons.
  • Generally if an account is flagged, it means we have reason to believe it has been shared, bought, sold etc. An account usually doesn't get flagged as easily as 'Hey I bought this account'. There are other checks that happen. I can't comment for your particular account, at least not here on the forums in public, but there is likely a reason it was flagged. Someone will get to your ticket today, and hopefully they will explain it to you. The forums are not, however, a way to get your ticket answered faster or in any different way.

However, I googled the trick to flag an account, it is kind of eazy and almost everyone tested it before. Now this method is kind of popular for hackers as they can steal others account but prevent the real owner to recover the account. Therefore, maybe you know the consequence if someone who opened a ticket from others account to claim something like " I borrowed this account to my friends but he hacked my account, I want to change the security question right now." How can you verify the reliability of this issue? I guess you gonna flag the account directly and giving notice like my account. I am not the guy who were so boring to open a ticket to do this with my expensive account which spent over 20,000 dollars for a free ban. I just tried my best to protect my legal right of my virtual property rather than making an argument with you because it doesn't make any sense, thank you for your understanding.

The fact you're suing 2 separate accounts to comment is very confusing, not to mention probably not the best thing to do if you're trying to recover your account. Trust me though, whatever you read on the internet, it won't help anyone get access to an account that isn't theirs. Obviously they can't say HOW they can trace the real owner etc, as this would mean people would try to bypass it...but yeah, submit a ticket. If it IS yours, then good luck.

Sorry for confusing, but these two accounts all belong to me. I registered these two accounts before, and now I use two accounts to send ticket to increase the probability that my ticket will be noticed by support staff rather than ignoring by system due to flagged account. I don't know whether this method is available but just trying to get my lost account back to me.

First off, this actually can make you wait even longer. Secondly, our 'system' doesn't ignore you, because we don't use a system. We use real, living, breathing support staff that answer your question. There is no robot involved, as cool as robots would be. The issue has been explained to you, and any further discussion can be carried out via the ticket system. That is, not here.
