Greetings to you from Egypt .. We have a problem of increasing lag in the game .. We need to an egyptian server so that we can practice playing without interruption .. We suggest that you put the egyptian server on game ... this idea will benefit a lot of people... I hope that you accept the idea and begin to work on

There is no license for anywhere in Africa/Middle East.

If you want a closer server, then get a company based in the area to apply for a license of their own for the Middle East/Africa.
