It's been awhile playing this game, and can you please check my account, and yes i brought that character for along time and i now i miss to play this game so i download it, and i can't use the one that i brought? like the charater's?

  • Be a bit more specific if you're referring to have purchased a zp or a gp character in game send them a ticket with a screenshot explaining with details what's going on hopefully they can help you or someone else on forums, if it is pertaining to your Actual ACCOUNT (login ID & PW) then the only way it can be fixed is a support ticket under the account administration category. Hopefully this helps.
