i Need help Errir Invalid Item Information

So today i was trying to play CF but when i logged in i tried to pick a server, then it said Invalid Item Information. only happens when I select the channel, I can not do more , I get the message and I have to press ok , then pulls me out of the game, I can see when me speak for the chat , try to invite me to a room but I also can not why only this the message can see, and wait a long time , unistall the game and install but same cant enter . i enter another account and could enter but not in mine.... I NEED HELP!!!
