Mods are incompetent!

Have multiple support tickets sent with the request of my accounts sent in the I trans IDs and messages for lack purchasing a weapon, each time was told that there are insufficient information.
Now I have the whole again illustrates plus I got the answer that would be the time to make and it is too late to replace the things!

I think it's all sow!

Always these automatic messages when people from the support have no desire to work things right, abolishes the support and is good!

Implying MOD's are in charge of support tickets..?

The GM's deal with support tickets, and if you havent given enough information, they can't help you.

Give as much as possible, and double check it is all correct before submitting it...There is a minimum amount of information needed to do any account changes, so fill in EVERYTHING you can on the submission form - just filling out your ID and one purchase record is not enough.

I have sent all the information!
when there is buying 3 ID's and account loss not 2 ID's but all 13! and yet they said it would not be enough!
I'm certainly not a forum entry if I only 1 ID or something coming!

I don't know what you're trying to say, but MOD's are not in charge of support tickets. We have support staff for that. We also don't use automated systems for our support staff, we have real people answering your questions. If somebody on our support staff told you that you don't have enough information, its for three reasons: 1. You don't have enough information. 2. You don't have CORRECT enough information. 3. Our support staff has been infiltrated by Godzilla, and he is answering your ticket.

Although I'd argue its probably the first two.
