UPNORMAL EXTREME HIGH Ping in all UK servers need Fix !
I used to have ping 65~71 in all UK servers
now i got over 200~2000 WTF ping ,
My ISP says everything is good from his side ,and my download speed is normal ,other online games works fine
Windows/DSL link/PC is just normal except in CF servers ..
no background internet processes/no downloads
I dunno how how to fix this !!

The problem is in the fact the majority of EU based people have seen little change recently, or, like me, have seen a positive change...99.9% of all complaints we are seeing on the forums are from Egyptians using TE Data...which leads me to the assumption that they are the problem, either they are throttling the usage to these servers, so they can charge more for better packages, or they are lying to you about being the issue... And yes, I know what I'm talking about here. -

nothing is wrong with what you are saying, the problem is totally from the ISP, sadly there are no better quality services, it's a single one for all consumers. the service is horrible because the infrastructure itself is horrible and they are not planning to fix any latency problems anytime soon. i am writing this while having a packet loss of ~30% connecting to most of the games i play, with an abnormal increase in ping if the packet reached its destination lmao. contacting the support would result in a standard reply they teach all their employees to say "the service is stable no problems found on your line". when i asked about the high latency or the packet loss, they replied we don't support such problems. we only support if the service download speed is lower than anticipated. we will act if the connection to our server is not having the full speed. When i asked about connecting to other servers they said we take the measurement if the internet is stable or not based on connection to our server "testing on speedtest.net" which is always stable obviously. when i complained more about how bad the service was connecting to anything literally, they replied "there is heavy load during peak times" . obviously, here we are using a shared internet access (SIA). the situation here is hopeless
