hi all
for GM's and who consider

remove the kicking vote in death rally race mode , this mode got many victims ( 1st winner )
too much QQ racers , low ranks with low ethics , waste time for player who want to archive or enjoy or do daily mission or event .
this mode ( we can say ) the most mode that's ( hack free ) coz use hack there is useless .

so the main reason for this post to save players from noob kicks .

hope for a fast respond or find other idea .
