Issue with the tickets

Hello this is just a suggestion I have and I want start by saying just because some people can't remeber there old email or the date it was made. Also what if you accidently made a mistake putting the wrong date of birth. But like you guys should rather not just deny a ticket just because of the information but really what you guys should do is investigate more in depth rather than just closing a ticket with little information. Like check your logs of how long the account had the password and see when it was changed because some people could have there password the same for 3 years but was changed that year because of a hacker. Also what if the person sent a ticket out on the date it was hacked after, it would be kind of clear if a hacker hacked the account because look how do they know that the account password was changed on the date it was hacked. It just shows that you crossfire GM and Mods should be investigating and looking at the photos or videos they sent you and see the date of the ownership when there playing and the dates of there screenshot, than look at the logs of how long the password was the same you than can see some matching because if the gameplay was before the password was the same even when it was created you can tell for sure that it was hacked.

Excuse my grammar and spelling I'm just really angry that people have to spend like 1 hours sumbitting a ticket but than getting denied just because the info they had was forgotten or accidently put when making the account. Also how come you can't change information of your account so that it would be more secure if you accidently put a different date of birth by accident or email

  • If this is a suggestion then you should post it in the suggestion section: http://forum.z8games.com/forumdisplay.php?55-Suggestions

The GM's will be able to see it and you will get more replies.
  • So, you put the wrong info, but it's supports fault that you didn't check it..? Ok.

Or...it's to prevent people trying to scam accounts.

I guarantee I can google an image of somebody's account being played. Heck, I could screenshot the other GM's on twitch. That doesn't mean I own their account. There is a reason we choose to accept only certain information.

You can't change your information simply so that it -is- secure. Otherwise, anyone who wished to recover your account would just change your information and then send a recovery ticket. As a side note, if you forget what your birthday is, maybe CrossFire isn't your biggest concern.

Exactly this, I made my alt (very very nice account) with random info I know the current email but no longer have access and Z8 won't let me change it, that's my fault not Z8s nor the GMs & for them to be looking at the ip logs and everything is just very time consuming for them.
