Unfair Banning

I got Banned permanently for 1 time harassment because I told hacker In CLan War[Named JungleWar] That hes a hacker and it was a 4v4 Clan War in EagleEyes he was seeing through the walls to Kill us all i say is a few bad words to him and call him a hacker for what he really is and I get banned permanently I told Z8techinical support of the Crossfire issue But i was still banned Permanently Without Fair Reasoning a 1 Time Harassment Charge Is not a Permanent ban it is a 3 Day-week Suspension and I was Master Sergeant 5thClass Very CLose to Making 2ndLiuetenant for the First time and now that opportunity has been ruined.
