Cannot reedem code

This has been happening for the last 4 weeks..
"Sorry, could not find your account information. Please wait about 2 hours after you created your new account to redeem items. Or contact our Customer Service."
What can I do?
Try again later. This happens to everyone at some point. I'm pretty sure it work later unless the code has reached the max redeems or if it has been redeem by someone else. -

Thats what happend the last week.A code that wasnt reedemed worked hours later but the problem is they dont work during the GM stream or after it ends...Tried different browsers and still the same..Today's code worked imediately...
