Help needed

Hello sorry about this but like I been trying to retrieve an old account for a year now because I accidentally put the wrong date of birth when I made the account plus how do I remember a account I made 3 years ago. I have remember still the old password of account to show I had ownership before and pictures with date on them of me owning the account and right before it was changed. I have my paypal account transaction of the ZP I purchased. I ask you z8 games staff please help me to do your best to help me I been a apart of this community since 2012 and it's been a year without the account I always played with. If you don't see the account I was using has never changed password till last year and you can tell someone has hacked it. IGN: sfeg36

Unfortunately, if you don't have enough information, we can't verify that you own the account. Having the old password and some pictures of an account doesn't verify that you are indeed the owner. If I google an image of a credit card, for example, I still can't buy a Ferrari Try to remember as much information as you can, thats the only thing I can suggest.

It's extremely hard to recover an account without the secret questions or creation dates, I myself had to enter all the original account information, updated information & all my previous IGNs along with some more information to get my account back, your best best if you indeed are the original account owner is to look around your computer/computers and see if you can find any information that may be useful.

I can provide some of previous transaction I have from my paypal which said z8games in them before it was changed and the exact date of it. Also I know the year it was made and personally I can help with that I know the username also of the account. I had also been previously on EscapeArtist with one of your moderator Dectective. I had tried to contact him after it was hacked. I do know much from the past events but I'll try to find lots of information if I have from my previous account.

-removed- here a little imagine of who I think could of done it and also the date -removed- for it also if you have logs to check when the password was changed you can tell that it was never changed since it was ever made. Also if you see in my photo you can tell that the date of when it was taken, the password itself was the same. I can even give you the account of my imgur to show that I posted it. You can also tell I wasn't lying when I was in the clan EscapeArtist.
