Having a Problem getting Leadership Transferred

Long time no see everybody.

I've recently submitted 3 separate tickets, 1 each day, to support regarding transfer of leadership of my clan Kindred back to me. I've received auto response messages informing me of the 90 day rule. Etc. Well its been 9 months of Tjang's absence. Stiggs and myself are starting to game again and are getting the old crew back together. I'm next in line as current LT and the leadership should have been auto transferred according to the emails I've been getting based on these so called 'rules'. But all the tickets have been closed. I remember once upon a time when this community was pretty close knit and someone would be a lot easier on getting help.

I'm spinning my wheels here and any help from any GM or MOD that recognizes an old guy like myself, to step in and possibly give me some guidance as to why I'm unable to have this addressed.

Kindred is back, oh my the memories Anyways ot, there's no automated response. Someone is actually responding to your ticket, hopefully kanadian sill stumble upon this thread and help you out.

Generally we don't change clan leaders, and the system -should- switch over once a clan leader is inactive for a certain period of time. I'll make a note here though and we'll look into it as soon as we can and figure out whats up. No promises on an estimated time or a for-sure fix, but I'll pass it along and see what can be done.

Still trying to get Distortion without the tm because the leader of that said clan has been inactive for over a year now.
