CrossFire Fair Game Policy!
Attention CrossFire Players!
Z8Games and Smilegate support a clean and fair CrossFire to all its players. Every day, a dedicated team works on studying active hack tools and creating updates to our anti-hack system. Simultaneously, we watch hundreds of Replays reported by you and we also engage in many other activities to keep our game as clean as possible from these unwelcomed users.
It is clear that the CF Community demands harsher measures against hackers, and your voices have been heard!
We are revising our Anti-Hacking Policies. Starting with today, the following changes will be implemented:
- Permanent Bans
Accounts that are proven to be using any third party programs will be permanently banned from using CrossFire and any other Z8Games services.
- More Restrictions
Z8Games reserves the right to take action against any account / IP / Computer involved in any hacking activity. This can include but not limited to blocking users accounts, IP addresses, and machines from accessing any Z8Games services.
- Ranked Matches
Accounts involved in any type of hacking activities will have their Ranked Matches points reset to 0. Z8Games will take more actions when appropriate including banning the account from using the Ranked Match system completely and permanently.
- Anti-hack System Updates
We will be providing more and faster updates to our anti-hacking solutions to keep our servers as clean as possible.
- Hack Reporting
We are working on several improvements to the hack reporting system to provide faster actions and response time.
This is a continuous work and we hope to count on all our legitimate players to keep our beloved CF a free and accessible game to all FPS fans.

Come on everyone know that those guys farm with bots 24/7 but they are still playing....in the top 10 list there are always the same and same....come on.... -

If you have proof that anyone is using a third party program, submit it via the support portal. -

Because it's worked so well for us so far. I still report cheaters of all kinds via the reports and rarely will I see one get punish no matter how blatant the cheat. Shoot people get banned more for glitching than actually cheating. -

You can't edit your posts in "CrossFire Announcements" section. This is disabled and has been like since the start.

It's amazing that they're still dumb enough to even lose their HSR when things are like this too. -
What about those of us that lost our honorable soldier ribbon because xtrap falsely flagged us, and blocked us for 3 hours ? Will you restore our ribbons? I bet the answer is "no way".

Send them a support ticket explaining what happened. They will look into the issue and replace your ribbon for you if you're correct about losing it due to an X-trap error. -

The “Honorable Soldier” ribbon is given to players who never got their accounts banned for hacking and similar severe violations. As your account was previously blocked, unfortunately you cannot have this particular ribbon back.
