I'm having the same issue.
Patch Log reads
[8]14:53:13 Error! e = 3 = NOT ENOUGH MEMORY, rez\RF017.REZ, LastError 8
FYI, Yes I have lots of free HD space, and 8GB of ram

Any suggestions?
