Nope, once you buy a VIP Weapon it's stuck into your account. That is unless you bought it recently and you send in a support ticket asking for a refund.

Refunds are possible 48 hours after the purchase I believe. But selling the gun for zp/gp is not.

^^ But it just refunds the ZP back into your account, and fairly sure there's a limit on it so you can't just swap VIP's continuously.
