Why doesn't CrossFire work with AMD's Plays.tv?

On my computer I have a piece of software from a driver update on my graphic card, which has a bunch of new features including a thing called Plays.tv which records gameplay and gameplay highlights. Why does CrossFire freak out and close abruptly whenever I have Plays.tv enabled?
