Hack report status

I've reported a lot of hackers but the status always says "Open". How do I know if Z8 are doing their job and banning these idiots?

Because I feel as the players I report are not being dealt with, im gonna make my report here AND on the report system. Feel free to move it to the right place but don't lock it until this loser is banned.

We do not know if they will be banned or not. One thing we can do is, check their CrossFire profile to see if they have lost their honour ribbon. This still doesn't 100% confirm the hacker has been banned.

And please don't post the hacker here. The players on the forum can't help you. The only people who can are "Support". You also have to realise that there are a lot of hackers reported on a daily basis which is a lot of work for the staff at Z8Games but if I was you, I wouldn't worry too much. They will get banned within time.
