Hero Mode - add weapon restriction options under Room creation

weapon restricting options are available for some maps and modes.Please make this a option on hero mode because the Smoke/FlashBang Spamming is way out of control.So many of the no-skilled noobs cant win or compete so all they do is spam thrown weapons just to mess up a persons game.Merida is one of the most popular maps and its a nightmare trying to play this map anymore.Might as well makes this a night vision only map as bad as this has got.
Being this is a option, if they want to play in a game with a nade/flash spam fest they can.But for alot of players that hate this we should have the option to restrict these items if we want.

Smokes are used to hide soldiers from mutants and flashbangs are extremely useful when a group of mutants are chasing you.

once again it doesnt affect anyone by doing this.Just gives everyone a choice

Its not going to happen, everyone would basically restrict vips.
