March of the Ghosts - March 4th → March 31st

Attention Mercenaries,
Black List’s new technology allows them to carry out missions undetected, as Ghosts. Their soldiers' ability to use this technology to their advantage is constantly improving. You have a choice—will you join Black List’s ranks, or assist Global Risk in their annihilation?
From March 4th to March 31st, play 1000 minutes and get 1000 kills on Ghost Mode to receive 10 Tribal Dynasty Crates and the Ghost Mode Gauntlet Ribbon!
Plus, from 9 PM - 12 AM every day, enjoy a 200% EXP/GP boost!
The Top 10 players on BL (Ghosts) and the Top 10 players on GR (Mercenaries) -- based on time played -- will also receive all of the 7th Anniversary Weapons!

Their soldiers' ability to use this technology to their advantage is constantly improving"(shadow mode was/is considered an "improved" ghost mode) and the fact that it says "Top 10 players on GR (Mercenaries)",Mercenary being the GR side on SM,I'm confused af.. -

I assume its just Ghost Mode only since all the "March of The Ghosts" were GM tournanments -

atleast the "winter tourney" might come back in the summer
and its possible that C4 is gonna start hosting a ghost mode league -
1 - Can you clearly define how to get into top 10 players for bl/gr respectively.
2 - If its kills, how are you going to deal with farmers? Top farmers will DEFINITELY switch to ghost mode for a month and just farm the kills.
Ruins the chance of every actual player who loves the mode.
