Why is my framerate so bad?
I have a gtx 660 and an amd fx 6350 in my computer however playing cf my game runs so bad (choppy framerate), this isn't just me as my friends and my brother get this problem and we all have computers powerful enough to run cf at 200 fps, does anyone know why this is?

its ok I moved it
and I have it worse then you... I spent $3000 on a PC to play cf at max fps
but the game won't work...
its because ur PC is to good... Try to go to your graphics settings and run crossfire on your CPU..
also so try the following:
1.RKO ur PC
2. Try to update ur graphic cards
3. Do what I did and buy a PC for $600 and run cf at 180-200fps -

On top of what Dave said, I'm running on AMD graphics (R2) aswell however, I don't seem to have a problem.
Things you can do:
1) Make sure all your software and hardware are up-to-date. e.g. graphics card, windows update etc...
2) If you have more than one graphic card on your computer, try and switch the graphics cards. That might help run CrossFire better.
3) Do a full anti-virus scan through your computer, just to make sure nothing dodgy is in there. If there is, it could be slowing CF down.
4) Your connection might be your problem. Make sure your firewall and anti-virus allows CrossFire full access to internet. And add it to your safe list. This will ensure that no connection is getting blocked. -
