This accound does not exist??

Hello,
this is from my friend's account, because my account could not login since yesterday.
when I was playing the game yesterday, I kiked out by the game. than i logged in again, but it shows: invalid username or password, and than i tried to find my password use my email, but i get the following response like: this account does not exist. now i have no idea what can i do with my account.
I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    The best way to get some help would be to send a support ticket http://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Tickets/Submit under the Account Administration department. Make sure to provide all the info you have pertaining to your account such as the first password used, old zp codes, first ign, first email, first sq. Simple information that would show that you are the first owner. After that you should get a response monday - friday. Good luck getting your account back/fixing this issue.
  • You should not use anyone else account to post or submit tikets, instead create a new account (on another email of yours) to write topics on forum or a submit a ticket.

    Because account sharing is FORBIDDEN and your friend can get permanent BAN because allow you to use his account.
    also that as he stated, and you shouldn't submit a ticket with his account simply because then he can look at the ticket, change password have your account information and/or take it.

    Exactly what this guy said. Please be sure to submit a ticket from your account. Our support system will not provide support if it is not the account owner.
