Weird connection conflict

So 8/10% i have been getting problems when i play crossfire. I would be stuck on the loading screen and would take like 5 or more minutes and when i try to log back in , it says i have an error so i have to restart my whole computer then i can finally play crossfire again.

The best thing to do at the moment is to re-install your CrossFire. To do a clean new install of CrossFire, you should:

- Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire
- Open Up My Computer
- Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/)
- Delete the CF directory (<user>/Document/CrossFire/) (Make sure you back up any photos/screenshots/replays you have etc)
- Disable your anti virus
- Download the newest client from our downloads site
- Install the game from the new download
- Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions
- Re-enable realtime protection

Once you have done that, try playing again.
