Crossfire wont start

hi, i started playing crossfire after 10 months, i downloaded it yesterday but it wont start up after HGW is loaded... anyone knows whats going wrong? i have direct x 11.3 Memory ,8GB RAM Windows 10 pro , GeForce GTX 560 TI

Hmm, never seen this issue. Have you sent in a support ticket yet?

The best thing to do at the moment is to re-install your CrossFire. To do a clean new install of CrossFire, you should:

- Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire
- Open Up My Computer
- Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/)
- Delete the CF directory (<user>/Document/CrossFire/)
- Disable your anti virus
- Download the newest client from our downloads site
- Install the game from the new download
- Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions
- Re-enable realtime protection

Once you have done that, try playing again.
