Possibly Creating a "Top Tier" Team
Strongly considering of creating a team should this generate enough interest and dedication. Find myself playing more and with WCA around the corner I am seriously looking for a team or building one looking forward. Currently LFT, but I am exploring options.
About Me:
Well most of you know me for better or for worst. Had ups and downs, successes and failures. However, I've had more failures than successes and that's not something I'm afraid to admit. We learn more from them than we ever could from winning. Played in many tourney's, playoffs, elimination matches, and leagues. WOGL, WCG, ESL, ESG, CFS, OCG, and CGL to name a few. Been around since 09 (Dec 31 to be exact, downloaded the game to play something before midnight and look where that went ha). Played on many teams, but that is irrelevant. Created and destroyed one of the greatest pub clans to compete in th NA Clan Server (no ego intended, I said I destroyed it after all. What do you think it was with...I just think most people would agree with that statement due to the results we had). That is also irrelevant. I'm 21 years young and a rifler. To the important stuff.
Team Vision:
My goal is to be a successful entrepreneur before 40 and business has always been an interest of mine. Hold on, what has this have to relate to a game? Any successful business (or sports team, athlete, artist, musician, or military leader for that matter) has had a visions with goals before success. This isn't a team that would be composed for a 2 week campaign. Not a team thrown together for the sake of having a team. Not a team that will disband after its first bad loss. Not a team that would use adversity, games dead rants, and odds as a excuse. It will be composed of not the best individual players, but many key parts that form a single unit. If I do create a team, we will push for WCA and aim to represent NA in 2016. The odds are not favorable sure. 2 teams have been at the top for a long time,...but that means we only need to beat 2 teams A official "statement" will be created by the members should it be created.
Expectations:
- We all have life, but practicing 1-3 times a week would be expected depending on matches. I don't want anything crazy, because I want this to appeal to old players who maybe are seeking redemption, one last go, make a final statement, or compete again, but reluctant to return.
- Experience is mandatory. They say it takes 10,000 hours to become "professional" in something. I'm not expecting 10k hours, but I expect you to know the game inside and out with background in esports. On weeks with little practice, experience will been leaned heavily upon. Experience is also key to stability and keeping a cool head. In other words experience in a must.
- Mature applicants only. Not only in age, but in the way you conduct yourself. I will (and the team will) not in any way participate in trash talking in away way. The result of matches will talk for us or teach us how to be better. Looking at 18+, but may consider younger depending how you conduct yourself and have a guarantee from your parents you can travel should you be needed.
- Must be willing to run by scenarios, watch replays, practice nades, timings, takes/retakes, and strats. If you just want to just scrim this isn't the team for you.
- Money. Should a LAN appear you are expected to solution seek your way there. Start saving now, if you don't need it you have some cash for whatever floats your boat.
Thanks for your time and looking for feedback. Interested players should inbox me or respond here. If you didn't have time to read most that this probably isn't the team for you.

Replied.Good luck saint. Are you sure Wca is coming back to our version though? It didn't go too great last time and the game is quite dead, if you have any info on Wca coming back I'd love to see it myself too!
I would hope, but its not a for sure thing. I mean every year with them seems to be up in the air, but they always come around lol. I remember my first WCA 9-1 (I think, we only got 1 round if I recall) vs Aurora hahahahahaha. -

You've never played in WCA -
You've never played in WCA
What was the tournament in the fall of 2012? (far fetched question I know). I couldve sworn it was WCA. I believe it was a Canadian qualifier (before they merged US and called it NA). .You had to have at least 3 Canadians on your team as well I think. -

Are you talking about the WCG 2012 Qualifiers?
