If your game crashes, it could be because of many things such as your CrossFire client, your connection etc.
The first thing I would is, re-install your CrossFire. To do a clean new install of CrossFire, you should:
- Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire
- Open Up My Computer
- Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/)
- Delete the CF directory (<user>/Document/CrossFire/)
- Disable your anti virus
- Download the newest client from our downloads site
- Install the game from the new download
- Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions
- Re-enable realtime protection
Once you have done that, try playing again.

It's z8 problem i think
I don't think it is. I recently re-installed CrossFire and I had to patch from CrossFire 2.0 update which was in December 2015 and had no problems. Make sure you add 'CrossFire' to your anti-virus so it doesn't block the connection between you and Smilegate West.
