Need HELP with opening game.

I down loaded crossfire on this other computer i have, its a gateway. It plays videos and everything perfect, fast too. But when i open the game, and it loads, and Error thing pops up saying "ErrorIntiRender().Shuttingdown" can anyone help me?

And Dont Forget To Run as Adminstrator

The video card is most likely not able to handle the game. Go to the start menu, run, then type dxdiag. Go to the display tab to see what the video card is. Post that information here.
