why 170+ ping? because the server is Canada.
Also im pretty sure the community isnt 50% turkish.
If you want low ping you will likely get better ping in Chinese CF.

The server is meant for North American players, and is located in North America.

Actually the servers located in Toronto, Canada, with the addition of a west coast server for players on the west coast.
And yes their is a difference between north America and Canada. :P
