Nobody got paid yet. We're all getting ignored. But as far as I know, even the chinese haven't got paid.

Hey, vizee here from eu F3,
people here are waiting for the money too. We already contacted them some weeks ago and they said "the money should be in within next days in your hand". Dont worry, they will pay you guys, just wait for it. Money for the pro qualifier was already given. By the way, contact "Frank Zhang" if you ve got questions about wca and the money, but hes probably not responding, you can try it.
