FIX the scope of the MOSIN NAGANT RED RIBBON

I already contacted a support staff with screenshots and even a video clip. Nothing got fixed after the recend patch, the scope still looks like an old 1950s television with a small line in the middle. Aiming at an enemy is impossible and kills are so damn rare now. It had a functional PU scope and now it's gone. Fix it please.
